                                            Norfolk Va Nov 4 1928

                 To all whom it may concern

       I, Mr George Henry Norris, od of my own free will and accord hereby declare
that in the event of my Death all of my Worldly posessions at that time shall become
the property of my Wife Mrs Maggie May Norris, nee Bullen, only, and shall be absolutly
her own to do with as she may see fit, and I hereby deny any claim that may be made by
my children, relitives, or others, to any part of my property or assetts; everything to
belong to my Wife, Only.

       This is my Will and signed by me this 4th day of November 1928.

                                                     IN COURT OF COUNTY JUDGE,
                                                         ALACHUA COUNTY,
                                                        STATE OF FLORIDA.

ESTATE OF

George Henry Norris,
                Deceased.

                Before me this day personally appeared Mrs. Ruth W. Howze who being duly sworn
deposes and says that she witnesses the signing of George Henry Norris' Will dated
November 4, 1928; that she was present when the said George Henry Norris signed his said
Will and witnessed his signing said Will, and he the said George Henry Norris signed said
Will and announced that said paper writing was his Last Will and Testament and requested
this deponent to witness his, the said George Henry Norris, signing his signature to
said Will, in which Will he then and there declared said Will to be his Last Will and
testament disposing of all of the property of which he should die seized and possessed
and that in the event of his death all of his property and worldly possessions at that
time should become the property of his wife, Mrs. Maggie May Norris, nee Bullen. De-
ponent further says that the said George Henry Norris was well known to this affiant and
this affiant was well acquainted with the said George Henry Norris and that she now
declares that the said George Henry Norris was in his right mind and continued so until
his death which occurred on the 14th day of March, 1931.

this 17th day of January, 1933.
