                      IN THE NAME OF GOD.  AMEN.
                 ----------------------------------

     I, Mary E. Bailey, unmarried being of sound mind and memory, and considering
the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, obtain, publish
and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT that is to say:
     FIRST--After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath 
unto Mrs. Margaret R. Campbell and to her two children Mrs. Mary E. Means and James Bailey
Campbell all of my part of the Old Bailey Homestead and any Real Estate belonging to me
at my death I bequeath to my two Brothers H.J. Bailey and E.C. Bailey and to my nephew
Ulric C. Bailey share and share alike equally among the three and whatever Bonds or Money
belonging to me at my death to be divided as follows:  Mrs. M.R. Campbell Two Hundred
Dollars in Cash or Bonds, Mrs. M.E. Mean Two Hundred Dollars in Cash or Bonds, Jas. B.
Campbell Two Hundred Dollars in Cash or Bonds, Henry J. Bailey Two Hundred Dollars in
Cash or Bonds, Ella C. Bailey Two Hundred Dollars in Cash or Bonds and Ulric C. Bailey
Two Hundred Dollars in Cash or Bonds. And to my two nieces Nellie Trimble and Clara
Stafford Two Hundred Dollars in Cash or Bonds and also to my great grandniece Margaret Means
Two Hundred Dollars in Cash and bonds.  And any remaining property belonging to me
to be divided equally among my sisters family.
    Likewise I make, constitute and appoint Mrs. Margaret R. Campbell without
Bond to be the sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former 
Wills by me made.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal 
the 27th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Addenda:
    The said Executrix is to fully carry out and execute all verbal or written instructions
given to her by me.
                                                          
   The above party written and printed instrument was subscribed by the said Mary
E. Bailey in our presence and acknowledged by her to each of us; and she at the same time 
did declare the above instrument, so subscribed, to be her Last Will and Testament; and we, at 
her request, have signed our names as witnesses hereto, in her presence and in the presence 
of each other, and written opposite our names our respective places of residence.
