The Last Will and Testament of Ida D. Williams of
Alachua, Alachua County, Florida.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, Amen.
I, Ida D. Williams, a widow, and a citizen and resident of the Town of
Alachua, Alachua County, Florida, do herein and hereby make this my last Will
and Testament.
I herein and hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my nephew, Henry M. Leroy,
of Alachua, Alachua County, Florida, and to his heirs and assigns forever, all
of my Estate and property, real, personal and mixed, of which I may die seized
and possessed or to which I may be entitled at my deceased and whereever situated.
I herein and hereby nominate and appoint as sole Executor of this my last
Will and Testament, my said nephew, the said Henry N. LeRoy, with full power of
sale without the order or decree of any Court at Law or Equity. I further
direct and request that he be not required to give any Bond for the performance of
his duties as such executor.
In Witness Whereof, I have signed, sealed, published and declared this as
my last Will and Testament, at and in the Town of Alachua, Alachua County, Florida,
on this 7th day of May A.D. 1909.

The said Ida D. Williams, at said Alachua, Alachua County, Florida,
on the said 7th day of May A.D. 1909, signed and sealed this instrument, and
published and declared the same as and for her Last Will and Testament in our
presence and in the presence of each of us, and in the presence of each other,
and we, at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of each other,
have hereunto written our names as subscribing and attesting witnesses.
