Bamey Lenox      }        Motion to Quash & Dismiss indictment
                Now comes the defendant by his attorney R.E.
                                Quash &
Davis Esq and moves the Court to^dismiss the indictment found
herein against him for forgery
  And now said motion being submitted to the Court and the Court
being advised in the premises doth decide and order that
said motion to quash the indictment be denied to which
ruling and order of the Court the defendant by his attorney
then and there excepted
