         State of Florida }
               vs         } Maliciously threatening to accuse of crime
         Frank Dexter     } with intent &c
                           Now this cause is nol prossed on motion
         of state Attorney

                vs        } Larceny of a Domestic Animal
         Tim Bailey       } 
                        Now this cause is continued on application
         of defendant on account of his health

         State of Florida          }
Sentence           vs              } Grand Larceny
         Frank Schafer Joe Schafer } Sentence
         and Charles Wilhelm       }
                            And now the prisoners being in
         open Court for sentence were demanded if they had any
         thing to say why the sentence of the law should not
         be passed upon them say nothing
            Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner in
         manner and form as follows: the sentence of the law is
         that you Frank Schafer be imprisoned in the County
         Jail of Alachua County at hard labor for ten months
         and that you Charles Wilhelm be imprisoned in the
         County Jail of Alachua County at hard labor for ten months
         and that you Joe Schafer be imprisoned in the County Jail
         of Alachua County for four months

         State of Florida }
              vs          } Assault with intent to murder
         John Clinton     }
                     And now this cause is continued on motion of
         defendant. Bail bond fixed at two hundred and fifty $250.
         dollars to be approved by the sheriff if not given during 
         the term.

              vs          } Accessory after the fact of murder

                       Now this cause is continued and bail
         bond for appearance of defendant fixed at four hundred 400
         dollars to be approved by the sheriff of this court if not
         approved by the Judge
