  Whereupon the Grand jury came into open Court and
rendered a True Bill in one case and reported that no bill had
been found in two cases as follows to wit

Josh Brown       }  No bill

                                Foreman Grand Jury

State of Florida }
       Vs        }  Forgery
Geo Thomas       }  No bill
                                Tamerlane H. Cato
                                Foreman Grand Jury

  And now the Grand Jury having completed its labors
came into open Court and presented and had read its
General Presentment
    And now the Grand Jury is discharged without date

Whereupon it is ordered by the Court that all motions, pleas, demurrers, causes
and actions, herein pending and not otherwise disposed of
be continued generally

  Whereupon Court adjourned Sine die
this December 17th 1896
