        Bill for Divorce, Final Decree
 The above cause coming on for final hearing upon
motion of E.C.F. Sanchez Solicitor for complainant, of a
final decree, and it appearing to the Court that a decree pro-
confesso was duly taken and entered herein, and it further
appearing to the Court from the testimony presented, that the
allegations contained in complainants bill are sustained
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed, by the Court that
the marriage heretofore existing between the complainant
Jesse R. Emerson and the defendant Leona F. Emerson be and
it is hereby dissolved and set aside and said parties are dis
solved from said marriage bonds

sue of an order made by the Hon W.A. Hocker 17th day of De-
cember 1896, to advertise and sell the personal property men-
tioned in said mortgage and Bill of Foreclosure beg leave
to report that he is unable to find any of the property
in this said county, mentioned in said mortgage and on
account of such failure to find said personal property he is
unable to advertize and expose the same for sale to pay
the amount of said mortgage costs and attorneys fees,
