                   In the Circuit Court of Florida,

                                      Final Decree
                     This cause coming on to be heard, a decree
pro confesso having been heretofore entered up against the defend-
ant and the cause referred to W.S. Broome, Esq., Special Mater in
Chancery to take testimony in support of the allegations of com-
plainants bill, ex parte, and said master having filed his report
on the 28th day of January A.D. 1897, and the complainant mov-
ing for a decree herein, thereupon, upon consideration hereof,
it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said report of the
said Master be and the same is herein and hereby confirmed
in every particular, and that the judgment made and ren-
dered by C.A.W. Thomas, Justice of the Peace, for the 15th Justice's
District Alachua County, Florida in favor of J.J. Wilkinson
and against Adler & Griffin, for the sum of Twenty Three and 20/100
Dollars ($23.20) and costs on the 3rd day of Feby 1896, be and
are hereby decreed to have been rendered and issued with
out authority of law and are herein and hereby vacated and
annulled.
   It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the injunc-
tion granted in this cause by Hon S.Y. Finley, Court com-
missioner for Alachua Florida, on the 29th day of February
AD 1896, be and is herein and hereby made perpetual, and
the said J.J. Wilkinson is perpetually restrained and en-
joined from the other and further proceedings or enforcement
of the said Judgment and execution, and from selling, or dis-
posing of the property levied upon by J.A. Tucker, Special
Deputy, to-wit: One log cart, one hundred buckets, one
two story house, known as lot fifty eight, (58) in Windsor, Ala-
chua County, Florida, and that said defendant do pay the
Court as provided by law in such cases.
Done and ordered at Ocala Florida, on this 28th day of
January, AD 1897,
