or deeds of conveyance to the purchaser or purchasers
in possession thereof.
Second, That in event the proceeds arising from the
sale of said mortgaged property should be insufficient to
pay the full amount of this decree, then in that case
that said Master do report such deficiency to this Court
for such further order, or decree herein as may be deemed
proper,
Third; That after the sale of said property the said de-
fendants W.W. Baurn and M.O. Baurn, his wife, and
all and every person or persons claiming the said
property or any part thereof, by, through or under
them or either of them, do thereafter stand absolutely
and forever debarred and foreclosed of and from all
right or equity of redemption of, in, or to the said
property, and every part thereof,

                     Decree of Foreclosure
  This cause came on to be heard and it appearing to the
Court that a decree pro confess had been entered up against the
defendants for want of plea answer or demurrer to complainants
bill of complaint and the complainant having filed herewith the
original note and mortgage sued upon and the affidavit as to
attorneys fees and the Court being advised in the premises, thereupon
upon consideration hereof it is ordered adjudged and decreed
as follows to wit
First: That the complainant do have and recover of and from
the defendants W.W. Baurn & M.O. Baurn his wife the amount of
the note and mortgage sued upon aggregating the sum of
