interest in and to the said property and that the defend-
ant Christiana C. Jones has put same valuable im-
provements on same part of the property,
And it is further ordered adjudged and decreed, that
this cause be and is hereby referred to E.E. Voyle, Esq,
as a Special Master in Chancery to take testimony as
to what part of the property has been improved by said
defendant, and as to the amount of attorneys fees to
be allowed to complainants solicitors for the con-
ducting of this litigation, and that he do make find-
ings upon the issue and report his acts and doings
herein to this Court at as early date as practicable

                       Final Decree
This cause coming on to be heard upon motion of the
defendants for final hearing upon the pleadings and
for argument of demurrer filed herein on the 6th of April
1896, and the Court being advised in the premises, there-
upon, upon consideration hereof it is ordered, ad-
judged, and decreed, that the said demurrer be, and
the same is herein and hereby sustained and the in-
junction granted, dissolved, and complainants bill
dismissed
          It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed
that the complainant do pay the costs of this proceed-
ing to be taxed up by the Clerk of this Court.

on this 24th day of Feby AD 1897,
