   This cause coming on to be heard after due notice to defendants
solicitor and the Court being advised in the premises thereupon upon
consideration hereof it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the demurrer
filed in this cause on the 6th day of Feby AD 1897 be and the same is
hereby overruled and denied and the defendants be allowed to file
answer to complainants bill of complaint on or before the 9th day of
March AD 1897 or in default thereof that said bill be taken as confessed

ordered adjudged and decreed that the said petition be denied
overruled and dismissed I find no supersedeas order in the record.
