as to defendant Hector Wade, he having made a
disclaimer as to any right, title or interest in the proper-
ty involved herein & complainant consenting hereto,
2nd, That a decree pro-confesso be and is hereby entered
up against the defendants, Aaron J. DaCosta, and Annie
L. DaCosta his wife and against The Savannah and Flor-
ida Phosphate & Land Company a Corporation under
the laws of the State of Georgia, for not answering
Complainants Bill of Complaint pursuant to the order
or decree of this Court made and rendered on the 24th 
day of February AD 1897, and that thereafter this cause to
proceed ex-parte against the said defendants,
It is further ordered that E.E. Voyle Esq., an attorney
at the Bar, at Gainesville Florida, be, and is hereby
appointed as a Special Master in Chancery to take
testimony herein Exparte, in support, & proof of the al-
legations of complainants Bill of Complaint and
that he do make his report, and findings herein as
soon as practicable, as provided by law and the
rules of practice in such cases.
