The Savannah & Florida Phosphate & Land Company a
corporation etc, is complainant, and A.J. DaCosta and
Annie L. DaCosta, his wife, are defendants, the same being

recorded in Judgment Book "B" at page 363 be, and the same
are herein and hereby cancelled and annulled in so far as
they, each of them, or either of them, relate to the real estate
described in the bill in this cause; that is to say so far as they
relate or affect the West half and the West half of the southeast
quarter and the West half of the northeast quarter of section
Twenty three, Township ten (10), south of Range seventeen
(17) East,
4th,- And it is further decreed that the Clerk of the Court be and
he is herein and hereby decreed and directed to enter a mar-
ginal note upon the records where said instruments
and each of them are recorded, cancelling the same
and each of them in so far as they relate to the property
described in said bill.
5th, It is herein and hereby decreed that the said defendants
Annie J. DaCosta and A.J. DaCosta her husband and the
Savannah & Florid Phosphate & Land Company, a corpo-
ration organized and under and by virtue of the laws
of the State of Florida, and each of them, and all persons
claiming by, under, or through them, or either of them, are
hereby forever and perpetually enjoined and restrained from
executing its decree of foreclosure of mortgage in the said
cause, wherein it is complainant and Annie L. DaCosta
and A.J. DaCosta her husband are defendants, in so far
as it relates to the West half and the West half of the
Northeast quarter and the West half of the southeast quar-
ter of section twenty three township Ten (10) South of
Range seventeen (17) East; and the said defendants,
Annie L. DaCosta and A.J. DaCosta, her husband, and
The Savannah & Florida Phosphate & Land Company, their
agents and employees, are perpetually enjoined and restrained
from interferring in any way with the said property de-
scribed in the bill in said cause, and that defendants
pay the costs herein, including Masters fee of $10.00
Done and ordered at Chambers at Ocala Florida on this 24th
day of April, AD 1897,
