be, advertised and sold at the time and place and in
the manner prescribed by law, by J.A. Ammons Esq., Master
in Chancery who is herein and hereby appointed and direct-
ed to make said sale, and that said Master do make and
deliver to the purchaser or purchasers of and for said
property a good and valid deed thereto, and do put the
purchaser or purchasers in possession thereof and
do pay the proceeds arising from the sale of said property
to the complainant or its solicitor of record, and he over-
plus if any, as the Court may direct
3rd That in event the proceeds arising form the sale of said
property do not cover amount of this decree then in that case
that said master do make report of such deficiency to this
court for such other and further decree herein as may be
proper,
4th That after the sale of said property said defendants
William J. Walker and Mary A. Walker his wife and each
of them and all and every person or persons now claiming
the said property, or that may hereafter claim the same,
or any part thereof, may be thereafter forever debarred
and foreclosed of and from all right or equity of redemp
tion of, in or to the said property and every part ad
parcel thereof.
