Ex Parte:
          In Re the Application of Edward Brauer to Be-
come a Naturalized Citizen of the United States of America,
United States of America, -
State of Florida, Circuit Court, for 5th Judicial Circuit,
                               county of Alachua,
                 Gainesville Florida, May 12th 1897,
Present: - The Honorable W.A. Hocker, Judge,
  Now comes J.A. Ammons Esq., and in open Court moves for
the admission of Edward Brauer born a subject of Holland to
citizenship and it appearing to the Court by the testimony of T.F.
Thomas and Samuel H. Wienges that the said Edward Brauer,
has resided within the United States during the last five
years, and for the year last past, has resided within the state
of Florida, and that he made a declaration of his intentions to
become a citizen of the United States according to the statute 
more than two years since, and that he is over twenty one years
of age, and is in all other respects entitled to become a natur-
alized citizen. It is therefore ordered that the said Edward
Brauer be allowed to take the oath of Allegiance to the Uni-
ted States and become a citizen thereof, Whereupon the said
Edward Brauer take the oath of allegiance required by law and
is admitted and adjudged to be a naturalized Citizen of
the United States of America,
