Tuesday May 25th 1897,
J.T. Liston do have and recover of and from the said
defendant P.J. Lynch the aforesaid sum of $1467, 60/100 for his
damages, together with the costs by him expended in
this proceeding, here taxed at the sum of $4 73/100; and that ex-
ecution do issue therefor, to be levied of the goods and
chattels, lands and tenements of the defendant, and to the
plaintiff rendered,

This cause coming on to be heard
upon the report of the Special Master heretofore appoint-
ed herein to take the testimony in said cause and to report
the same to the Court, the Counsel for the respective parties
having submitted their arguments thereon, and the court
being fully advised in the premises, doth find; That the alle-
gations in the said bill contained are true as therein stated,
and that the equities of this cause are with the complainant
and that there is now due and owing from the defendants
John R. Malphurs and his wife, Clarissa Malphurs, to
the Complainant, H.C. Parker for balance of principal
and interest, on the note and mortgage herein sued
upon the sum of One hundred and forty four dollars
and eighty seven cents, ($144.87) and the further sum
