                      In Circuit Court 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida
                       In and for Alachua County
In Re Assignment } Petition for Allowance of fees to Attorney for Assignee of
of C.K. Ray      } the Assignee

   This cause came on to be heard this day upon application of the assignee
in said cause and the attorney for the Assignee for the payment of fees in said
cause, and upon the filing of the filing of the report of the Special Master herein as to the
amount of said fees which said Assignee R.F. Tillis and his Attorney Evan Haile Esq
are entitled to for their services rendered in said cause upon consideration of said
report and the testimony contained therein. It is ordered considered adjudged and
decreed by the court that the sum of seventy five Dollars be allowed the attorney
for the Assignee in said cause Evans Haile Esq. and that the sum of Fifty Dollars
be allowed the Assignee R.F. Tillis in said cause and that the additional
sum of Twenty 15/100 Dollars paid out by said assignee R.F. Tillis for expenses paid for
Clerk hire advertising notice to creditors recording assignment &c be allowed and
approved of. And the said Assignee R.F. Tillis is hereby authorized and directed to
pay out form the funds in his hands as such Assignee the above and foregoing
amounts for such Attorneys fees, Assignee's fee and his expenses incurred in
executing said trust and that he take proper vouchers therefor and he is
required to file same in the Clerks office of Alachua County Florida. All of which
are hereby allowed and approved of. And it is further ordered that R.F. Tillis
as such assignees after paying said costs and fees the balance left in his
hands as such assignee he pay to the creditors of the assignor C.K. Ray
who have filed their sworn claims with hi according to law pro rata
share and share alike and in equal proportion according to their
respective amounts and if any amount is left over after paying said sums
or if there be no claims filed with him as such assignee according to law
then he do pay over to C.K. Ray the said assignor the balance left in his
hands as such assignee and that he file his report of his doings and acts to this
court. Done and ordered at chambers at Ocala Florida this 11th day of September
AD 1895
