The Santa Fe Canal Company      }
                          This cause coming on to be heard on the
submission of the report of the Special Master in said cause and upon reading
and considering the same. It is ordered and Decreed that the said report do in all
respects by this court stand ratified and confirmed; and It is further ordered and
Decreed that the said Master do make and execute to the Florida Central and Peninsular
Railroad Company and its successors and assigns a deed to all and singular
the property, real, personal and mixed, and the rights franchises and privileges of
the defendant, The Santa Fe Canal Company, which were sold at public
auction on the 5th day of March 1894 by the said Master to the said Railroad
company, and It is further ordered and Decreed that the said case balance
due on the bid at said sale from the said Railroad Company, viz: $47.05 be
deposited in the Registry of this Court and there held for the pro rata payment of
the Eleven outstanding and unpaid bonds and coupons attached of said Canal
Company which were neither filed nor proved nor otherwise accounted for before
the Master in this cause.

                     This cause coming on to be further heard and it
appearing to the court that E.E. Voyle Esq was appointed as Special Master in
Chancery to take testimony herein Ex parte in support of the allegations contained
in Complainants bill of complaint, having taken testimony in conformity therewith
and having filed his report and findings in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Alachua County Florida on the 18th day of March 1897 and the court
being advised in the premises thereupon upon consideration hereof it is ordered
adjudged and decreed that the said report be and the same is herein and
hereby confirmed and the findings of said Master are confirmed in every particular
  And it is further ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that the
allegations contained in the complainants bill have been sustained by the proofs and
that the marriage between the complainant, Herbert Shooter and the defendant
