     vs                 } Bill to foreclose mortgage
Joseph S. Sykes and     }
Emily V. Sykes his wife } Final Decree
                     This cause coming on this day to be heard and it appearing to the court that
there has been entered a decree pro confesso against the defendants in said cause and it further
appearing that there is due & unpaid of the debt secured by the mortgage filed in this cause the sum of
Four hundred and Eighty five dollars principal and interest and it further appearing by affidavits
that the sum of Fifty dollars would be allowed to complainants solicitor for foreclosing the
mortgage filed in this cause. It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that unless the
defendants Joseph S. Sykes & Emily V. Sykes his wife within five days from this date pay said
amount with the costs of this proceedings and attorneys to complainants solicitor of
record that the mortgaged premises described in the bill of complaint in this cause to wit:
That certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in Alachua County and state of Florida
The south half of the North East quarter of the North West quarter of Section Fourteen (14)
in Township Twelve (12) South of Range Twenty two (22) East containing Twenty acres
Together with all and singular the tenements and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining be sold at public auction for cash at the Door of the Court House
of said Alachua County to pay the same. That Notice of the time and place of sale be
published in a newspaper published in said county for the time required by
law. That Horatio Davis a practicing attorney in the courts of this state is hereby
appointed a Special Master to execute this decree that the money arising from
the sale of said lot be paid as the assignment of mortgage note filed in this cause
shows that said money belongs after deducting the costs of this suit. Attorneys fee
and the expense of sale & the commissions of sale; that should there be any
surplus money arising from sale after the payments above directed said master shall
bring the same into court to abide the further order thereof.
It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that should said sale take place the
Special Master shall convey said land to the purchaser thereof and the
defendants and all persons claiming by, through or under them since the
commencement of this suit be forever barred & foreclosed of and from all right
of redemption of in and to said mortgaged premises so sold
