This cause coming on to be further heard and it appearing to the court
from a mandate of the supreme Court of Florida that the said supreme Court
at the June term thereof AD 1897 reversed the decree of the circuit court
rendered by Hon J.J. Finley Judge of said court on the 22nd day of April
AD 1893 and therein and thereby directed the Circuit Court to dismiss
complainant's bill and the Court being advised in the premises
thereupon in consideration hereof it is ordered adjudged and decreed that
the complainants bill of complaint be and the same is herein and hereby
dismissed and the injunction granted herein dissolved and that the
complainant do pay the costs of this suit including the cost of the appeal
to be taxed up by the Clerk of this Court as provided by law and the
rules of practice in such cases. Done and ordered at Chambers at
Ocala Florida on this the 10th day of September AD 1897
