follows to wit:
1st That the complainant is entitled to the foreclosure of his mortgage and
that there is due and owing to the complainant upon the note and
mortgage sued upon by G.W. Hyde as administrator with the will annexed
of and for the Estate of James B. Brown deceased the sum of One thousand
six hundred and ninety eight and seventy five one hundredths ($1698.75) Dollars
for principal and interest due to date; and the further sum of one hundred
and sixty ($160.00) Dollars for Attorney's fees herein and hereby allowed
complainants solicitor for the foreclosure of this mortgage and that the
said defendant G.W. Hyde as administrator with the Will annexed
of and for the estate of James B. Brown deceased do pay the said sums
so due and owing to the complainant together with the costs of this
proceeding to be taxed up by the Clerk of this court within ten days
from date; or in default thereof that J.A. Ammons Esq who is herein and
hereby appointed as a Special Master in chancery to execute this decree
do advertise and sell at the time and place and in the manner
prescribed by law the said mortgaged property described in
Complainant's bill to wit: All of that certain lot tract piece or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida and known and distinguished and
described as follows to wit: The South East Quarter of Block No Three
(3) in Range Five (5) of the original survey of the Town of Gainesville
as will appear by a map thereof duly recorded upon the records of
Alachua County Floria in Deed Book "H" at page 383 and more
specifally described as follows to wit: Beginning at the North West
corner of Mechanics street and East Main Street in the town of
Gainesville in Alachua County Florida and running due West
on a parallel line with said Mechanics Street Ninety (90) feet
thence due North on a line parallel with the west line of
East Main Street seventy (70) feet; thence east on a line parallel
with the North line of Mechanics Ninety (90) feet to the West line
of East Main Street thence south along the West line of East
Main Street seventy (70) feet to the place of beginning together with
all and singular the rights tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining. And that the
said Master do pay the proceeds arising from the sale of said
property to the complainant or to his solicitor of record in satisfaction
of this decree and the over plus if any as the Court may direct and
do make execute and deliver to the said purchaser or purchasers of
and for the said property good and sufficient title deed or deeds thereto
and do put the said purchaser or purchasers, in possession of
the said property
2nd That in the event the proceeds arising from the sale of said
property shall be insufficient to pay the full amount of said decree
fees and costs then in that case that said Master do make report
of such deficiency to this court for such other and further decree
herein as may be deemed proper
