            This cause coming on to be further heard and it appearing to the
Court that the Master's report was duly filed in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Alachua County Florida on the 21st day of July AD 1897 and that
due notice thereof was given to the parties to this suit and no exceptions
having been filed thereto, the complainants solicitors moving for a decree hereon
after due notice of said application to counsel for defendants and the court being
advised in the premises thereupon, upon consideration hereof it is ordered adjudged
and decreed as follows to wit: 1st. That the report and findings of Robert
E. Davis Esq filed in this cause on the 21st day of July AD 1897, be
and the same is herein and hereby confirmed in every particular and
further, that the complainant is entitled to the foreclosure of this
mortgage as prayed in this bill of complaint and that the defendant
T.H. Richardson in indebted to the complainant Benj Page, as Administrator
of and for the estate of Russell Coe, deceased, in the sum of $2020.74
principal and interest upon the mortgage and note sued upon and
interest to date upon said mortgage, and in the further sum of
$250.00 solicitor's fees which are herein and hereby allowed to
complainants solicitors for the foreclosure of mortgage herein
together with costs of this proceeding to be taxed up by the Clerk
of this court: and that the said T.H. Richardson do pay the said
decree fees and costs within ten days from date or in default
thereof that J.M. Rivers Esq who is herein and hereby appointed
as Special master in Chancery to execute this decree do advertise and
sell at the time and place and in the manner prescribed by law, all
and singular the said mortgaged property described in complainants
bill, which in particularly described as follows, to wit:
All that certain lot tract piece or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the City of Gainesville in the county of Alachua and
the state of Florida and particularly known and described as follows
to wit: Commencing at a point or stake on the western boundary line
of Block Four (4) Range Two (2) of and according to the original survey of
the town (now City) of Gainesville which starting point or stake stands
fifty five (55) feet south of the NW corner of said Block Four (4) Thence
from said starting point along the Western boundary of said Block
Four (4) Twenty five (25) feet thence East Ninety two (92) feet
