            This cause coming on to be heard upon the Bill answer
and other pleadings upon motion of solicitors for the defendant after
due notice the solicitors for the complainants and the court being advised
in the premises thereupon, upon consideration hereof. It is ordered
adjudged and decreed that the prayers of complainants be and are
hereby denied and complainants Bill is hereby dismissed and the
Injunction dissolved and that complainants do pay the costs of
this proceeding to be taxed up by the Clerk of this court and
further that an Execution do issue on this decree for such costs
 Done and ordered at Chambers at Ocala Fla on this 21st day of
September AD 1897

            And now on this 16th day of July AD 1897 at 10 o'clock A M
pursuant to notice given and accepted came on the above cause for a
hearing by the court of the demurrer of the the plaintiff to the plea of the
defendant by him pleaded last above and the plaintiff being present by
N.M. Allred of his counsel and moving the Court for final Judgment in the
cause upon the demurrer aforesaid. Whereupon all and singular the premises
being seen, heard, and by the Court fully understood, and mature
deliberation being thereon had it appears to the Court here that the
said plea of the said defendant H.A. Williams above pleaded and the
