the authority of 24 Fla page 86 by an amendatory decree.
It is accordingly ordered adjudged and decreed that the decree of July 25th 1896
be amended and the amount decreed to be due complainant as of that date is
the sum of Eight hundred and forty two dollars and twelve cents instead of
$1017 20/100 and that complainants do have and recover of the defendants the said
sum of $842 12/100 with interest at 8% from the 25 July AD 1896 until paid.
It is further ordered adjudged & decreed that the decree of July 25th 1896 be
amended so as to strike out the allowance of $150.00 as solicitors in accordance
with a remittiter filed in this case by complts solicitor.
It is further ordered that the remaining grounds for rehearing be denied

                  This cause coming on to be further heard upon motion
of B.A. Thrasher counsel for Complainant and it appearing from the report
of W.S. Brown who was appointed Special Master to take the testimony in said
cause that the defendants S.G. Matthews and L.T. Matthews are indebted to the
complainant in the sum of $56 28/100. It is therefor ordered adjudged and
decreed that the said defendants S.G. Matthews and L.T. Matthews do pay to
the complainant M.T. park or his solicitor of Record B.A. Thrasher the
said sum of %56 28/100 together with costs of this suit including $25.00
solicitors fee to be taxed by the Clerk of this court within the space of
Three days from this date and in default of said payment W.S. Broome
is hereby appointed Special Master to sell the following property to wit:
The East half (E1/2) of North West quarter (NW4) section Three (3) Township
Ten (10) Range Fourteen (14) Alachua County Florida - That he do advertise
the same for sale in the time and manner required by law, and that
he do make deeds to the purchaser or purchasers thereof and do put
said purchaser or purchasers into possession thereof and that he do
pay to the complainant or his solicitor the sum of $58.00 and all
costs of this suit in including said solicitors fee and if the proceeds
arising from the sale of said property is more than sufficient to
satisfy this decree
