This cause coming on to be further heard and a decree pro confesso having been duly
entered up against the defendants for failure to plead answer or demur to complainants
bill of complaint and a Master in chancery having been appointed to take testimony
and make an accounting and findings as to the allegations of complainants bill of
complaint and J.A. Ammons Esq as Special Master in Chancery having filed his report
and findings herein on the 9th day of October AD 1897 and the court being advised
in the premises thereupon upon consideration hereof it is ordered adjudged and
decreed that the said report of said Master be and the same is herein and hereby
confirmed in every particular. And that the said complainant the Central city
Building and Loan Association do have and recover of and from the defendant
Charles White the sum of $439.69 the amount due upon the bond and mortgage
sued upon, together with the further sum of $68.81 solicitor's fees for the foreclosure
of the mortgage herein and the costs of this court to be taxed up by the Clerk of
said Court and that said defendant do pay the same within five (5) days from
date that in default of the payment of the full amount of this decree fees and
costs within the time above required then in that case that J.A Ammons as
Special Master in Chancery to execute this decree do advertise and sell at
the time and place and in the manner prescribed by law the said mortgaged
property to wit: All that certain lot, tract piece or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the State of Florida and known distinguished and described
as follows to wit: That part of the North West quarter of section Twenty Eight (28)
in Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty one (21) East in the Arredondo Grant
and specifically described as follows to wit: Beginning Twenty feet from the center
of the Florida Southern Railway's road bed where the public road leading from
Rochelle via Cross Creek to the Island crosses said Rail Road and thirty
(30) feet East of the North East corner of J.L. Myers 3 acre lot deed to
said lot recorded in Deed Book "V" page 25 of the public records of Alachua
County Florida and running south 33 1/2° East Eight chains and eighty two
links parallel with said public road, thence North 76° East four chains
thence North 33 1/2° West 7 chains thence North 85 1/2° West 4 chains and 80/100
