   This cause coming on to be heard upon motion of
complainants' solicitor for hearing and argument of Demurrer filed in
this cause by H.M. Tillis one of the defendants on the 4th day of November
AD 1897 and the same having been argued and submitted and the
court being advised in the premises thereupon consideration hereof
it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the said demurrer be and
the same is herein and hereby over ruled and denied and that the
said H.M. Tillis defendant is allowed to answer Complainants bills of
complaint on or before Rule day in December AD 1897 or in default
thereof that a decree pro confesso be entered up against him.
