 Whereupon the Court made the following order

                   In the Circuit Court of Alachua
                   County 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida

Mose Sullivan    }
               This cause having been set for trial today at
Nine O'clock A.M. and there being only eight jurors present
from which to select a jury it is ordered that the Clerk of this Court
do issue a venire facias directed to the Sheriff of Alachua County
commanding him to summon from the bystanders or from the body
of the County at large Twenty persons qualified to serve as Jurors,
as a Special Jury from which to complete the panel for the trial
of this cause, said venire returnable instanter.

Greeting:
     You are hereby commanded to summon from the bystanders
or from the body of the County at large twenty persons qualified
to serve as Jurors each for himself to be and personally appear before
the Judge of our Circuit Court at the Court House in the City of
Gainesville to complete the panel of the jury in the case of the State
of Florida vs Mose Sullivan, charged with murder.
