                      Fall Term AD 1897
                    Friday December 17th 1897
him and for good and evil he puts himself upon God and the
Country for trial Whereupon a jury was called and there came
R.Y. Tate A.G. Colclough W.G. Sanders L.N. Roberts Henry Parrish
A.J. Feaster W.M. Johnson, D.J. Richbourg, T.N. Gardner, A. Avera
R.M. Stewart and J.A. Cox who were duly empaneled and sworn
to well and truly try and and true deliverance make between the
State of Florida and the prisoner at the bar whom you shall
have in charge according to the evidence, and the Jury aforesaid
after hearing the evidence and the charge of the Court retired
to consider of their verdict and after due consideration thereof
they returned into open Court and rendered the following verdict
to wit: We the Jury find the defendant not guilty so say we
all                                         A. Avera
                                                Foreman
Whereupon the Defendant was discharged from Custody

And now by order of the court the Clerk paid the special venire
of Jurors summoned to appear in the case of the State of Florida
vs Moses Sullivan, and not accepted on the Jury, One Dollar each
for one half of a day, attendance upon the Court.

  It being necessary to have a Petit Jury for the next and second
week of this Term of the Circuit Court, The Judge of said Court
in open Session in presence of the Clerk and Sheriff drew the
following named persons from the box containing the names of
the persons selected for Jury service, as a jury for the next and
second week of this Court, viz: J.T. Fleming, A.F. Miller,
William Curry, S.D. Tillman, A.L. King, M.L. Wood, W.L.
Jackson, Isaac Given, J.S. Bell, J.W. Raulerson, W.C.
Bevan and Lewis Kinsey

The Clerk is directed to issue a venire for the above named
persons returnable at 9-O'Clock A.M. Decr 20th 1897

County, Greeting:
              You are hereby commanded to summon the fol-
lowing named twelve persons who were in open Court in the presence
of the Clerk and Sheriff drawn by the Judge of said Court
from the box containing the names of the persons selected by the County
