                      Fall Term AD 1897
                    Monday December 20th 1897
upon the appearance of the said defendant Phillip Warren at the then next term
of the County Court of Alachua County Florida to answer to a charge of assault and
battery and not to depart the same without leave; and it further appearing
that at said term of the said County court the said Phillip Warren failed
to appear to answer said charge; and it further appearing that at said
term of said County Court the sureties above named were called upon to produce
the body of the said Phillip Warren, and failed then and there so to do; that
the presiding Judge of the said County Court of Alachua County Florida
did make and sign a certificate as required by sec 2 of Ch 4403 of the laws
of Florida which said certificate together with said bond was forthwith
transferred to this the Circuit Court of said county and delivered to the
Clerk thereof that the said Clerk did issue a notice to the said sureties
above named in the form required by sec 3 of said Ch 4403 of the laws
of Florida returnable to this the Fall Term of said circuit court; and it
appearing that said notice was duly served in accordance with law
upon the said sureties more than thirty days before the present term
of this court; and now this matter coming on to be heard upon the said
motion of the state attorney for final Judgment against the said
sureties aforesaid for and in the amount of the penalty of the said bond
to wit: Two Hundred Dollars; and no sufficient cause for the default of
the principal in said bond in complying with the conditions thereof
being shown by said sureties; and all the premises being seen and to
the court appearing in consideration thereof it is considered by the Court
that the plaintiff, the state of Florida, for the use and benefit of the
said county of Alachua, ought to have and recover of and from the said
defendants C.B. Easterlin and G.M. Wright the said sum of Two Hundred
Dollars, and it is accordingly considered and adjudged that the said
plaintiff, the state of Florida for the use and benefit of Alachua County
do have and recover of and from the defendants C.B. Easterlin and G.M. Wright
the said sum of Two Hundred Dollars and the costs of this proceeding
taxed by the Clerk of this Court at Four & 61/100 ($4.61) Dollars and that
Execution do issue upon this Judgment and be executed in the same
manner and have the same force and effect as other executions now
issued at law
