Richard James        }
                  And now on this day the prisoner Richard
James in custody of the Sheriff of Alachua County is brought
to the bar herein in Open Court for sentence and was forthwith
demanded if he had anything to say why the sentence of the law
should not be passed upon him, saith nothing: Whereupon the
Court sentenced the prisoner as follows, to wit:
             The Sentence of the law is that you Richard James
be remanded to the Common jail of this County of Alachua
Florida in the custody of the Sheriff of said County, for safe
Keeping, and that at such time and place as the Governor of this
State of Florida shall by his warrant appoint you be hung
