This cause came on to be heard upon the Masters
report in said cause and upon consideration thereof. It is decreed
that the contract of Marriage heretofore entered into between Simms
Boozel and Nancy Boozel be and the same is cancelled set aside and divorced
decreed to be wholly null and void and they are hereby declared to be forever ^
a vinculo matrimonii with Each other This Dec 23rd 1897

This cause coming on to be heard upon the application
of the complainants solicitor for a final decree of Divorce a vinculo
matrimonii, and it appearing that due and legal service of the subpoena
has been made and acknowledged herein and that a decree "pro confesso"
has been duly taken and entered in said cause. And it further appearing
from the Report of the Master that the allegations in the Complainants
Bill herein charging the defendant in the wilful obstinate and continued
desertion of the complainant for one year are true and that the prayer of
the complainant ought to be granted It is therefore ordered adjudged
and decreed by the Court that the bonds of matrimony Existing
between the said complainant Mrs M.J. Cox and the said defendant
W.H. Cox be and the same hereby absolutely dissolved and perpetually
severed; and the said parties are hereby divorced and freed
