Counsel for a Final decree herein and the Court being satisfied from the testimony
filed in said cause that the allegations of Complainants bill have been proved.
It is therefore ordered considered adjudged and decreed by the Court that the contract
of Marriage heretofore entered into by and between the complainant Clarence E. Wood
and the Defendant Bertha T. Wood be and the same is hereby cancelled set aside and
adjudged and declared to be wholly null and void and of no further force and effect
and the Complainant Clarence E. Wood and the defendant Bertha T. Wood are hereby
adjudged and decreed to be forever divorced a vincula matrimonii with each other
