Presents doth grant bargain, sell, transfer, and convey, unto the
Said Sarah Hooker her heirs and assigns the Said above named
and described Section of land, Said to contain Six hundred and thirty
and twenty hundredths acres, be the same more or less, To have and
to hold the Said tract or parcel of land with all and Singular
the rights numbers and appurtenances thereof or to the same in
any manner belonging unto her the said Sarah Hooker her
heirs or assigns in fee simple forever.
And the Said Moses E. Levy for himself, his heirs executors
and administrators, will and doth by these presents, warrant
and forever defend the title of said land unto the Said Sarah
Hooker her heirs or assigns.
     In witness whereof the said Moses E. Levy hath hereunto
set his hand and affixed his seal the ninth day of March 1849

Know all men by these presents that I Samuel W. Jones
of Alachua County Florida, hereby constitute George L. Brown
of Said County, my true and lawful attorney and agent to transact
all business of any description whatever, in which I may be
interested in my name or otherwise as my Said agent may see
fit. To sign and use my name whenever it may be necessary
or proper, and to do all lawful acts or things in my name, or
otherwise as my Said agent may see proper. This letter of Attorney
is given for the purpose of authorizing Said George L. Brown
to act for me as aforesaid during my residence in California
and absence from Florida, and the said authority is intended
to any State or Territory of the Union
