Alachua County      Personally appeared before me the undersigned
Judge of Probate in and for the County aforesaid, Samuel W.
Burnett whose name aqppears to the foregoing letter of Attorney
as a witness thereto and being duly sworn accoring to law, says that
he saw Samuel W. Jones Execute and deliver the said letter of
attorney for the purposes therein specified

I, Robt. Youngblood, of the Circuit Court for the counties of
Alachua & Levy in the State of Florida, hereby certify that
Charles F. Fitchett whose name appears to the foregoing affidavit
is Judge of Probate in and for the County of Alachua in said
State, and that he is, and was at the time when said affidavit
bears date, duly commissioned and qualified and authorized by the
laws of said State to administer oaths.
