This Indenture made this fourteenth day of April in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine, between
Woodbridge S. Olmsted of the State of Florida Merchant on the 
one part and Ozias Budington of the County of Duval State
aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth, that whereas the Said W.S.
Olmsted, owing to Sundry and misfortunes is at present time unable
to discharge all of his just debts and liabilities and is willing
to assign all of his property not hither to disposed of, with the
exception of wearing apparel, for the benefit of his creditors,
Now this Indenture witnesseth that the Said Woodbridge S. Olmsted
in consideration of the premises above set forth as well as for and
in consideration of the Sum of one dollar to him in hand paid,
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents by the said
Ozias Budington above named, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath granted bargained, Sold, assigned and set over
and by these presents doth grant, bargain Sell, assign and set over to
the Said Ozias Budington, his heirs or assigns all and every article
of property contained in the Schedule hereunto annexed which
Schedule bears even tenor and date with these presents, and is Signed
with the hand of the Said W.S. Olmsted in the presents of the
witness hereunto Subscribing, and by the Said witness Subscribed,
To have and to hold, receive and take the same to the Said Ozias
Budington, his heirs and assigns, to the proper use and behoof of
the Said Ozias Budington his heirs and assigns forever
In Trust however and to the intent and purpose that the said
Ozias Budington Shall and do as soon as convenient sell and dispose
of all the lands, tenements, goods, and chattles of the Said W.S. Olmsted
as contained in the annexed Schedule as before referred to and more
fully described, and collect and receive all the outstanding claims
and debts to him due as contained and set forth in the Schedule hereunto
annexed as above set forth, and mentioned, and with the money
arising there from, after deducting his reasonable cost and charges
pay and discharge to the extent of the amount of money remaining
and being in his hands all Just debts of him the said Woodbridge
S. Olmsted equally and ratebly without distinction or preference
     In Witness whereof the said W.S. Olmsted hath hereunto Set
his hand and affixed his Seal the day and year above written
