Schedule of property assigned by the Subscriber W.S. Olmsted to Ozias
Budington in trust for the benefit of his creditors
Eighty & 19/100 acres of Land and Improvements therein being the North
half of the South West quarter of Section thirty six in Township
eight South of Range eighteen East in the County of Alachua
State of Florida as per patent Issued to W.S. Olmsted dated 16th July 1849
Twelve & 4/7 acres of land adjoining the above described tract, purchased
by me of Thomas C. Ellis as per due date 25 Sept 1845,
Forty acres of land being the N.E. quarter of S.W. quarter of
Section Six Township eight Range nineteen in the County of
Alachua as per due Signed and executed by J*.B. Blanton depy
Sheriff dated 17th August 1843
Eighty acres of land and Improvements therein at Hawasassa
Benton County Florida being the North half of the South west
quarter of Section Twenty Seven, Township nineteen S Range
17 East as pr patent dated 22 September 1846
Forty Acres of land at Hawasassa Benton County Fla being the
South West quarter of the South west quarter of Section twenty
Seven, Township Nineteen S, Range seventeen East as pr patent
dated 22 September 1846
Thirty one acres of land at Hawasassa Benton Co. Fla, being a
part of N.W. quarter of the South East quarter of Section 27
Township 19 S Range 17 East as pr deed Signed and executed by John
W. Lowe to me dated 26 March 1849 nine acres of said land
having been Sold by me to Wm. Wilson and others for which it**
due to make titles to the purchasers
All my right title and interest in the S. East quarter of Section
3 Township 8 S. Range 18 East in the County of Alachua as pr
patent dated 10 July 1844, a portion of which was sold by me to
James Pendarvis in or about the year 1846. Viz, all that portion
of which lies North of the road leading from Newnansville to
Alligator Called the Bellamy Road reserving the right to myself
or my assigns to make and execute title, to the Said James Pendarvis
Said portion containing about 20 acres more or less, The remainder
of this tract containing one hundred acres more or less has been
Sold conditionally to George H. Sharp for which I hold his Several notes
for the Sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, yet unpaid by
him and which notes are also herewith assigned together with
a Stipulation or articles of agreement between myself and
George H. Sharp for the conditions of which are more fully Known
and described in Said article of agreement.
