yet unpaid amounts to the Sum of Two hundred and twenty
three 42/100 dollars Subject to his commissions in and to be

half for & 180 50/100 the other for $ 280 my interest in these claims
being one half is two hundred and thirty dollars and twenty
eight cents, the other half belongs to Ozias Budington
