The balance of a Judgment and execution obtained in the
Circuit Court held for the Counties of Alachua and Levy
in May 1848 in my favor against John J. Sanchez
administrator in the Estate of F.R. Sanchez Deced
Said Judgment and execution having been transferred
by me to Ozias Budington for the purpose of indemnity
to him as my Surety The amo. which is due therein
after fully indemnifying Said Budington as my surety
I hereby assign for the purposes named in the indenture
hereunto annexed
