A Judgment obtained in the Circuit Court in my favor
against G.W. Sanchez may term 1848 for the Counties
of Alachua & Levy for the Sum of two hundred and
thirteen dollars and forty eight cents with interest from
the 3rd May 1848 at Six pr centum pr annum which
Judgment is entitled to a credit of fifty dollars paid
to me on or about the 10 April 1849
A Joint note signed by J. Child and John Scott dated
16 Sept 1848 payable 1st January 1849 for ninety
nine dollars
An a/c against James Lanier balance due me
Seventy two cents
An a/c against C.C. Tracy left by me in the hands of
W.A. Forward for collection and due four dollars and
twenty five cents
A note against Archibald McNeill which I placed
in the hands of Charles C. Dell for collection at
the time of his first visit to Texas which note has
not been accounted for by Wm. Dell nor returned to
me The amount of said note is about thirty two dollars
if the note is
restored by Mr. Dell or accounted for I Shall owe
Said C.L. Dell a small a/c the amount of which
I don't recollect
A horse and Buggy Sold conditionally to Hiram T. Maner
In case the trade is not consummated the horse and buggy
is to be Surrendered to my assigns but if the trade is
confirmed the proceeds to be Surrendered to my assigns
in lien thereof
