Avails of my assets The amount of the note originally is
about one hundred and Sixty dollars, This note however
is not provided for in this assignment unless it be prosecuted
to Judgment and the recovery cannot be made out of
Harrison as I have reason to believe that the note has been
paid by E.L. Harrison
The above amounts in schedule of liabilities are all original
amounts without interest except that of H. Stoddard and
Wood in which the interest is included to the date of
this assignment
The foregoing deed of Trust between W.S. Olmsted
and Ozias Budington with annexed Schedules was
recorded by me this 19th day of April 1849

An Indenture made and executed on the ninth day of April in the
year one Thousand Eight hundred and forty nine Between Woodbridge
S. Olmsted of the County of Marien in the state of Florida of the first
part and James Pendarvis of the County of Alachua in said State
of Florida of the Second part, Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the Sum of Ninety six dollars and twenty five
cents paid to the Said party of the first Part, by the party of the second part
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, Hath bargained, and Sold, and by these presents hath
bargain, and sell, unto the said party of the Second part, and his heirs and
assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida and which may be Known in
the legal Subdivisions of the Survey of the United States, and by the receivers
receipt issued from the receivers office at St. Augustine Florida dated
April the twenty sixth one Thousand Eight hundred and thirty seven, and
Numbered "One" as the half quarter Section No. four in Section No. Eleven
in Township number Eight and Range number Eighteen, containing by
destination Eighty acres, said land deeded to me by Deed from Asa A. Stewart
Administrator on the Estate of John E. Tucker Deceased, which Said deed
with the receivers certificate has been sent by me to Washington
for the purpose of attaining a patent for the said land, Together with
all and Singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or appertaining, and the revisions, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and also all the Estate, right title and interest,
