of him the party of the first part, either in law or Equity of and in and
to the above bargained premises and every part and parcel thereof.
To have and to the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns to the
sole and only proper use and benefit of the party of second part, his
heirs and assigns forever. And the said party of the first part doth
hereby for himself, his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns covenant
promise and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs,
Executors, Administrators and assigns, in manner and form following
that is to say; That the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns,
Shall and may peaceable and quietly have hold and enjoy the said Lands
tenements, hereditaments and premises, and every part and parcel thereof
without hindrance or disturbance of the said party of the first part
his heirs or assigns or any person claiming by through or under him
And the Said Party of the first part doth and for his heirs, Executors
Administrators and assigns Shall warrant and defend the appurtenances
and tract of Land in the peaceable possession of the said party of the second
part and all persons claiming or to claim by through or under him
Against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by through or under
him the said party of the first Part.
In testimony whereof the said Party of the first Part has Signed and
