     Know all men by these presents that I, Woodbridge S. Olmsted late
     of Marion County, State of Florida, for and in consideration of the
     Sum of fifty dollars to me in hand paid in the year 1846, and before
     the Sealing and delivery of these presents by James Pendarvis of the
     County of Alachua and State of Florida, the receipt whereof I do
     do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, and Sale, and by
     these presents do give, grant, bargain,and sell unto the Said James
     Pendarvis, his heirs and assigns, a certain parcel of land situated in
     the County of Alachua, State of Florida, being all that part and
     parcel of the South East quarter of section three, in Township Eight
     South, of Range Eighteen East , which lies on the the North and East of
     the road leading from Newmansville to Alligator, known as the
     Bellamy road, or in other words all that portion of said quarter section
     which lies on the right hand of said road leading from Newmansville to
     to Alligator called the Bellamy road as above discribed, containing twenty
     acres more or less, together with all previledges and appurtenances
     to the said laws in any wise belonging and appertaining.
     To have and to hold the above granted premises, to the said James
     Pendarvis, his heirs and assigns forever, and I the said Woodbrige
     S. Olmsted, for myself, my heirs, Executors, Administrators and assigns
     do covenant with the said James Pendarvis, his heirs, and assigns
     that I am lawfully Seized in fee of the afore granted premises, that
     they are free from all incumbrances made or suffered by me, that I
     have good right to sell and convey the same to the said James Pendarvis
     as aforesaid, and that I will, and my heirs, Executors, Administrators and
     assigns, shall warrant and defend the afore granted premises to the said
     James Pendarvis his heirs, administrators and assigns forever, against
     the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
              In testimony where of I the said Woodbridge S. Olmsted have
     hereunto set my hand and Seal this ninetenth day of April A.D., 1849

     Alachua County  }  Before me the Subscriber Robt Youngblood, Clerk of the
     Circuit Court for the Counties of Alachua and Levy, personaly appeared Woodbridge S.
     Olmsted and acknowledged that he signed and sealed the forgoing deed in the presence of
     the Subscribing witnesses for the purpose therein mentioned.
