That the Said John B. Standly, his heirs and 
assigns Shall and may from time to time have hold 
occupy and posess the Said premises with the appurtenances 
free and clear of and from all incumberances had 
made done or commited by him the Said John J. Sanchez 
as such Administrator or by his order means or procurment 
and I the Said John J. Sanchez, as such Administrator 
warrant and defind the aforesaid premises to the said John 
B. Standly his heirs and assigns  forever as far as I am 
required by my office of Administration and no further. 
In testimony whereof I the Said John J. Sanchez as
Such Administrator have signed and Sealed this Deed 
the day and year first above written.

Alachua County          Personally appeared before me the under-
signed Clerk of the Circuit Court for the Counties of Alachua 
and Levy, James A. Peden who being duly Sworn according to law
Says that John J. Sanchez administrator of F.R. Sanchez has Exe-
cuted the foregoing Deed in his prescence for the purposes there
in mentioned and that he Signed the Same in prescence of the 
other subscribing witneses
