Know all men by these presents that I Roman B
Sanchez of the County and State aforesaid for and in consideration of
the sum of twenty five dollars to me in hand paid by George
M. Galpin the receipt of which I do hereby acknowledge, have
bargained, granted, and sold, and by these presents do bargain, grant
and sell unto the said George M. Galpin, his heirs and assignas forever
all those certain lots or parcels of land situate in the Town of
Newnansville, and designated on the map of said Town as lots number
Six (6) and Seven (7) on half range North of Range Number one
Together with all and singular the rights, tenaments, and hereditaments
to the same belonging or in any way appertaining. To have and
to hold the said lots and assigns forever. And I the said George M. Galpin
his heirs and assigns forever. And I the said Roman B. Sanchez
do hereby warrant and defend the same against the claims and
demands of all persons whomsoever.

Alachua County Personally appeared before me the undersigned
Clerk of the Circuit Court for the Counties of Alachua and Levy
Saml. Russell, one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoind instrument of
writing who being duly sworn according to the law, says that he saw
Roman B. Sanchez sign seal and deliver the same for the purposes therein
mentioned and that he executed the same in the presents of the other
subscribing witness
