and Administrators, Doth, hereby Covenant and agree to and with
the Said Isaiah D. Hart his heirs and assigns that he the Said Ossian
B. Hart as Trustee as aforesaid, and his heirs, the said lot or parcel of
land with its appurtenances unto him the said Isaiah D. Hart his 
heirs and assigns, against him the Said Ossian B. Hart as Trustee
as aforesaid and his heirs, and against all persons whomsoever Shall and
will by these presents forever warrant and defend.
     In witness whereof the said Ossian B. Hart as Trustee as aforesaid
hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal the day and year first
above written.

B. Hart, to me personally Known, and Known to be the individual
described in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged
the same as his act and Deed for the purposes therein expressed
