Know all men by these presents that I Henry
Lancaster, named in the foregoing Deed, do hereby acknow-
ledge that Charles and Bernard M. Byrne within named
did in due form of law redeem the lands mentioned in
the foregoing Deed, by paying to my satisfaction the amount
due therein to me;  In Consideration whereof I declare the
foregoing Deed to be null and void, and hereby quit claim and
relinquish to the Said Charles and Bernard M. Byrne, and
to their heirs and assigns forever, any and all right, title, or
interest, which I have, or might, or, could have, in and to the
lands mentioned and described in the foregoing Deed.
     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and

                      Personally appeared before me the undersigned
Clerk of the Circuit Court for the Counties of Alachua and
Levy, Thos.E. Barrow, whose name appears to the foregoing
instrument of writing as a witness, and after being duly
Sworn according to law, says that he saw Henry Lancaster sign
seal and deliver the said instrument of writing for the purposes
therein mentioned, and that the Same was executed in
Presence of the other Subscribing witness
