Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Weeks within
named, do hereby acknowledge that Charles and Bernard M. Byrne
within named did in due form of law redeem the lands within
mentioned by paying to my Satisfaction the amount therein due to
me ~ In Consideration whereof I declare the within and foregoing
Deed to be null and void, and hereby relinquish and quit claim
to the Said Charles and Bernard M. Byrne, and to their heirs and
assigns forever any and all right, title and interest which I might
or could have, or have had in and to the said lands mentioned and
described in the foregoing Deed.
     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 26th day of April 1849

               Personally appeared before me the undersigned
Clerk of the Circuit Court for the Counties of Alachua and
Levy, Thos.E. Barrow whose name appears to the foregoing
instrument of writing as a witness and after being duly sworn
according to law, says that he saw Thos. Weeks sign seal and
deliver the said instrument of writing for the purposes therein
mentioned, and that the same was executed in Presence of
the other Subscribing witness
