Know all men by these Presents, that I Charles Byrne of
Jacksonville, Duval county, State of Florida, in consideration of
five thousand dollars to me in hand paid, by Bernard Miles Byrne
of the United States Army, the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge, do, by these presents, give, grant, bargain, sell,
and convey unto the Said Bernard Miles Byrne, and his heirs
and assigns forever All my right, title, and interest in all
the lands entered jointly by myself, and the Said Bernard
Miles Byrne, at the land office in St. Augustine, in the year
1839, in Range 14, Township 11, S.& E. on and near the Suwannee
River, in Levy County, East Florida, and also the whole of
those lands entered, by myself, in 1840, in Range, Township, and
County aforesaid, amounting in all, to three thousand Six hundred,
and twenty seven acres, and a half, and described on the maps
and Books of the land office in St. Augustine as;
