Children aforesaid upon the Same conditions and limitations above
named and provided, and the Said William Dell of the Second Part,
doth hereby Signify his acceptance of the Said trust, and doth engage
to hold and manage the Same upon the trust and for the uses and
purposes herein mentioned, and doth covenant to and with the said
Party of the first Part, to Permit the said Mary to receive and
enjoy the said increase and Profits of the Said trust property, to her
sole and separate use and benefit, in manner and form, and upon
the conditions hereinbefore provided, and doth further covenant not
to interfere with the Said property otherwise than in conformity
with the provisions of this Indenture.
     In Testimony whereof the Said Parties have hereunto

                   Personally came before me the undersigned
Clerk of the Circuit of the Counties of Alachua and
Levy, James H. Smith and William Dell, and acknowledge
that they Signed and Sealed the foregoing Deed of trust for the
purposes therein mentioned and expressed, and ask that the 
Same Should be recorded
