James A. Peden, who beiing duly sworn according to law, says
that Lousis Aldrich acknowledged in his presence that he

Alachua County Know all men by these presents that
I, Wm. Williamson of the State and County aforesaid,
have by my own free will, have given and bequested to
my daughter Febey Sparkman during her natural life
the following stock of cattle consisting of ten head,
be the same more or less, of the marks and brans herewith
described, viz, mark crop and 2 splits in one ear, and
under square in the other, Brand PI, PI, and at her death
to be equally divided amongst the heirs of her body,
To have and to hold the same, and I warrant and forever
defend the title of said cattle against my self, and
all persons lawfully claiming the same, and I bind my
self, my heirs and do release all title the said cattle.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
